As a former school board member in ISD 197 and the son of a special education teacher. Matt believes education is the gateway to opportunity for all Minnesotans.
HEALTH CARE
As a physician, Matt believes all Minnesotans deserve health care, and is confident that the health care we deliver can be more efficient, more effective, and more compassionate.
JOBS AND ENVIRONMENT
Matt believes we are capable of sustaining jobs for all Minnesotans while preserving Minnesota's natural resources and working to ensure our children's future includes clean water and air.
RESULTS
Matt's experiences on a school board, on a board of directors and in the hospital have fostered his ability to work across differences and build consensus around results.
Our legislature is in need of civility and common ground.
Matt will bring those values to the senate.
